My Favorite PagerDuty Ringtone is “Alarm Clock”. It’s a desperate sound that forces you to take quick action so that it doesn’t continue ringing 
“Something’s Broken” is brilliant at setting the right mood for incident response. I do not want an alarm - an alarm is a panic, setting the heart racing. I find “Something’s Broken” to be far more pleasant and I enjoy listening to it as I start my way into the mindset of being a responder.
One of our SREs recently said that he has a heart attack feeling when he’s called out. We don’t want people feeling like this when an incident starts - we want people calm and ready.
